The registration fee includes:
- Attendance to all conference sessions
- Simultaneous interpretation (Chinese to English, English to Chinese)
- Free access to the Exhibition Hall
- Coffee breaks, lunch buffet and gala dinner
- Documentation and conference material

The registration fee does not include accommodation expenses.
Special rates have been foreseen for the registrants to the conference at the China World Hotel. More information is available in the Accommodation page.
We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible.

Payment

FTTH Council AP accepts credit cards and/or bank transfers.
Please read below for more information.

Credit Card (We are now accepting credit card transactions.)

  • Payment will be processed in JPY.
  • We accept the following credit cards:
      - VISA
      - Master
      - JCB
      - AMEX
      - Diners

Bank Transfer

  • Registration Fee will be charged in US$ to registrants outside of China.
  • Registration Fee will be charged in CHN RMB to registrants in China.
  • We will issue an invoice within the next 10 days of your registration.
  • Full payment is required within 21 days of the date of invoice or 10 business days prior to the Event day. When making payment, please be sure to note the invoice number to insure your payment is properly credited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

・If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge.
・Cancellation is possible only if the secretariat office receives written notification to that effect.
・All refunds will be made after the conference. Please be advised that:
  - Cancellation requested by June 10, 2007: 50% of the registration fee.
  - Cancellation requested after June 10, 2007: No refund.
